Shipping Policy

Shipping is free of charge to all customers of remarkablemart.com.

All our products ship from warehouses located in the U.S.A.

Our normal shipping is within 3 to 8 business days of the order, via USPS or UPS. However, due to the current COVID-19 slowdown, orders may take longer to process and in some circumstances shipping times may be longer. We will do our best to provide order confirmation emails and status updates so you can track your order and know when to expect it. We apologize for any delays to your order and thank you for your patience during this time.

Customers may track time and transit route for delivery of their packages for most products via either 1) the tracking number that we email upon shipping or 2) the tracking link on our website, by entering their email address and order number or just their tracking number.

Remarkable Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Remarkable Mart will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. The USPS carrier sometimes does not leave a package during bad weather or for other reasons at their discretion which are completely out of the control of Remarkable Mart. If you have a missing package that is marked as "delivered" on the tracking, please contact your local post office carrier to check if they still have the package. In many cases the 'missing' package will arrive on the next delivery day, especially with prompting.
